Rachel Chan Mazariegos
Rachel Chan Mazariegos is a Behavioural Therapist, School Neuropsychologist, and accredited CBT practitioner specialising in supporting children, adolescents and young adults with depression, anxiety, and behavioural challenges. A UK graduate with honours in Health Psychology, Neuropsychology, and Psychology, Rachel is a registered Educational, Attainment, and Ability test user with the British Psychological Society. She is also one of the few practitioners in Asia to hold Diplomate membership with the American Board of School Neuropsychology, focusing on neuropsychological assessments for school-aged children.
As a keen public speaker and presenter, Rachel has found great fulfilment in raising mental health awareness and connecting communities with similar interests. Rachel has extensive workshop and presenting experience having worked with the likes of Bloomberg, AIA, ESF, FreshFields and many more across the APAC region.

Services
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Rachel provides CBT to children as young as 6 to young adults in their early to mid 20s. Rachel also works with parents of all ages on their mental health, parenting techniques and familial connections. CBT is a credible and reliable treatment method that helps patients understand the tridirectional/integral relationship between our feelings (emotions), actions (behaviours), and thoughts (cognition).
Workshops
Rachel provides a wide range of on site workshops for corporates, schools and individual patients. Rachel has provided workshops to both adults and children, patients and corporates on various mental health topics. Rachel also provides workshops for practical skills such as behavioural management and child communication for both parents and foreign domestic workers.
Behavioural Therapy
Rachel provides behavioural therapy for children as young as 2 onwards to assist with emotional regulation, better home behaviour management and familial connection. Rachel also assists with behavioural management in school settings providing school observations and working closely with the child's teachers and school.
